1 Tomato and red pepper soup with pesto drizzle and parmesan crouton (v)
2 Trio of creamy garlic mushrooms with tarragon served on a toasted flatbread (v)
3 Warm salad of black pudding, pancetta and Stilton with raspberry and wholegrain mustard dressing
4 Tuna and sun-dried tomato fish cake on a bed of rocket and finished with sweet chilli sauce
5 Spinach and Ricotta ravioli topped with tomato, basil and olive oil (v)

6 Turkey parcel with Cumberland sausage
and cranberry stuffing all wrapped in bacon
7 Slow roasted belly of pork with spiced apple and Calvados sauce
8 Roast vegetable and goat’s cheese nut roast with parsnips, mushrooms and spinach (v)
9 Blade of beef forestoire with shallots, pancetta, red wine and thyme, topped with horseradish crème fraiche
10 Luxury fish and shellfish pie topped with chive and mashed potato and cheese
11 Stuffed mushroom lattice filled with artichoke and asparagus in a crème fraiche sauce (v)

12 Spiced apple and ginger pudding with rich dairy vanilla ice cream
13 Luxury Christmas pudding log, served with brandy sauce
14 Vanilla cheesecake topped with mulled winter fruits and cream
15 Chocolate, cherry and Amaretto trifle with shortbread biscuit
16 Festive sundae with fruit, mince pie ice cream and chocolate shavings
